Hi Cynthia, Congratulations on your new blog. I ‘m sure it will be a great success. Your comparison of two video products is something to think about, for sure.

Cynthia. This is a great idea. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen a consumer reports type of site. Much needed. Please keep it up.

Cynthia,

I bought CamStudioPro when he first released it, and you’re absolutely right.

Dave has produced a great product at a great price. I was looking at Camtasia before the Affiliate Video Brander came out, and Camstudio Pro made a heck of a lot of sense.

I’ve never regretted saving the $300 ;)

Hey Cynthia,

I have been looking around at the products Affiliate Video Brander and Cam Studio. I didn’t know AVB moved their prices up!

I’m a little confused on what the comparison is between the two products. I can’t find anywhere on CamStudio Pro talking about branded affiliate links in the player.

Are you saying that they are both the same but one is used to make money and the other is used to show video?

I also noticed that you said at the end of your video, “click my link and you will get a few extra things” because you are an affiliate to CamStudio Pro. But where is the link?

Since you’re talking about two of the same products, I thought you’d like you know about VivaVideo a new, hyped up service allows affiliates to promote video to make sales. Via redirect, on-player ads, interactive instruction box and much more.

It’s going to launch soon, but keep your eye on it!

Hiya Wynter,

Dave at CamStudio Pro is more of a video guy than a marketer so his product is more about videos than actually making money with them. Within the CSP software, you’re able to brand your links with it but he doesn’t mention it on the sales page. It’s in one of the videos that comes as part of the package. CSP & AVB are not the same however they are very similar.

The link is under the video “Get My Pick for the Best Video Branding Software.”

I’ll be checking out your new service.

Good Luck.

Hi Cynthia, thanks for the helpful product review video. Unfortunately there’s no link or email address anywhere on the page to find you (as you mention in your video). This is the closest I’ve come to finding your contact info.

Hi,

I’ve been following the “relaunch” of Affiliate Video Brander for about 10 days now.

I’m not impressed with it. I just wraps html code around the video that redirects after a specified amount of time.

It doesn’t brand or do anything with the video itself.

I’m not sure how Dave’s CSP handles this. I had it but haven’t used it for quite some time.

I now use Camtasia. You can also for free for 30 days.

Camtasia REALLY Allows the flexiblity to to create redirected videos without all the rigamaroll that AVB does.

Hi Cynthia,

Thanks for the great review. I just picked up AVB already and have been looking forward to trying it out. Your reveiw did make me stop and think about what I need to be able to do with video. I’m still excited about AVB though and can’t wait to dig into it.

Thanks again
Joseph
